So after one workout I'm having a hard time moving... I'm seriously thinking about not going back to the gym... Fat & Happy is looking better & better!!!

I started with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred...short and easy to get you back into the groove. Each workout is 25 min and you do level 1 for 10 days, then level 2 for 10 and big surprise..level 3 for 10 days. I also just order Fit in 5: Ultimate Body Blitz...a different 20 min workout for each day of the week. Hope it helps!
